I have found that I favor small group personal training.

Small group meaning 3-6 participants only, and personal training meaning quality individual attention. This environment allows the social aspect to benefit the group yet demands commitment and intensity leading to quality performance.

The groups are set up by invitation based on skill and fitness, as well as level of commitment, lending to homogeneous and compatible grouping.

The end result...lots of positive energy and fit people.

Core Cycling [45-60 minutes]
a sport-specific, individually paced group training system designed to promote total health. Sessions include endurance base building, intense interval training, strength building, and competitive race days.
TRX Functional Training [45-60 minutes]
a suspended strength training system done with multi-dimensional movement emulating the actual skills involved with sport performance. Functional training makes strength training applicable to movement during sport-specific activities.
Yoga [75 minutes]
strong and flowing poses creating movement designed to enhance flexibility, balance and strength as well as promote a sense of calmness and inner peace. Take some time to slow down and enjoy the “right here, right now.” Be mindful, be in the moment.
Circuit Training [20-30 minutes]
timed stations with short intermittent recovery designed to increase strength, balance, & endurance, increasing metabolism and the ability to burn body fat.
Kickboxing [45 minutes]
a fitness program applying the skills of kickboxing to enhance strength and endurance. This program teaches proper striking and blocking techniques utilizing boxing gloves, focus mits, thai pads and one-on-one sparring. Your chance to release and kick some butt!
Speed Training [45 minutes]
Designed for those who want to enhance race pace for a 5k or 10k race. (perfect for triathletes!) Great running technique work for your off-season training.
